In order to add shop to your site, install Woocommerce plugin and configure its settings according to official Woocommerce documentation.
Begin adding products in Products>Add product section. You will find extended information on products managing in this article. When your product is ready, you can choose custom layout for it in Layout section of the product edit page.
You can choose Default settings and it will be applied from Theme options>Sidebar options>Woocommerce shop layout section.
Upon installation, Woocommerce creates the following new pages:
Once Shop page is created you can configure additional parameters for it over Theme Options>Woocommerce options section.
You can enter title and description for your shop page.
Set number of products on page. If you have more products, the rest of items will go to the second page and there will appear pagination at the bottom of page.
There is an option to add additional block at the bottom of the shop page. For this do the following:
You can also set number of columns for shop layout from 2 to 6.
To finish customization of your shop page, you can choose layout for it:
To adjust these parameters visit Theme options>Sidebar options>Woocommerce shop layout section. 
For ocassions when one wants to have more than one shop page with different layouts, we created Shop Page template with different options. Create a new page in Pages>Add new section and select Shop Page template from Page Attributes section.
Scroll down the page to Products page options section and configure settings for your shop page. There are the same options as for the default Shop page under Theme options>Woocommerce options section.
There is also Page options section where you can adjust settings for the rest of the page.
