After you purchased the theme, go to "Downloads" section in your Themeforest account and download theme package to your computer.
Unzip it and find installable 'polo.zip' in 'THEME IN THAT FOLDER !' folder. Log in your domain, where you have previously installed Wordpress. Please, note, it must be a clean Wordpress installation with no other content, themes, or plugins in it. Just Wordpress and nothing else! Go to Appearance>Themes>Add new>Upload theme and upload installable polo.zip archive.
Install and activate the theme.
Begin installing and activating required theme plugins.
