The most common reasons for demo data not getting installed are as follows:
1. You haven't installed Unyson plugin extensions, that are required for proper work of the theme. Look through the Theme Installation tutorial carefully and make sure you performed all steps as described.
2. If you did install all plugins and Unyson extensions, but you still cannot import demo data, most likely PHP ZIP module is not enabled on your server by default. If so, you will see "Unyson backup requires PHP Zip Extension" message in your admin dashboard. In order to fix this issue, you need to enable PHP Zip module on your server or ask your server admin to do this. 3. Other reasons. There are other issues not listed in this article, that are usually related to limited resources of some hostings. In this case it is recommended to change hosting company. If you don't know which hosting to choose, you can always ask our support team for advice at our help desk.
