Reporting bugs

We create this tutorial in case you find bugs in our theme. We would be grateful if you could check whether a bug comes from the theme or ii is affected by other factors before reporting it to us.

Make sure that none of your additional plugins affects the issue

For checking this step you need to deactivate all the third-party plugins under Plugins > Installed plugins. You don't have to deactivate only bundled plugins, which come in the theme package. Then you need to reload the page with an issue and check whether your issue persists if all additional plugins are inactive. 

Make sure that this issue relates to the theme

You need to check whether the issue persists with one of the default WP themes. 

Please, deactivate our theme and check the issue again. So, you need to activate one of the default WP themes under Appearance > Themes As well as in the previous step, you need to reload the page with an issue and check whether your issue persists. 

Make sure that your code modifications don't affect the issue 

If you made any code modification, which works incorrectly after an update, you have to notify the support about your customizations. We will try to fix it if you have an active support period, but we need to know what exactly was modified.
