Theme design panel location

Theme design options let you control different design settings across the site. You can reach it in 2 ways:

• in the backend editor via Appearance > Customize;
• in the frontend by clicking on the 'Customize' link on the top black admin bar.

Options are divided by meaning and are represented by several tabs.
