When you try to log in to our support system you see this window:
You can log in using an ENVATO account, by clicking on the green button “Login with ENVATO” or click “Register here” in order to create an account in our system:
It requires to fill in such fields:
Email – please enter your actual email address.
“Password” field - enter a password and after that please confirm it in the next field.
Envato Purchase code – please insert your theme purchase code that you bought on Envato market.
After that click "Register" button and log in to our support system.
