If you face a problem with numbers that not animated on counter boxes of your home page, apparently, you tried to put Units (such as %, +, $ etc.) in “Targeted number” field, where you should put only numbers.
Counter Box Section
1. Select "Edit this element"
2. "Counter Box Settings" window
"Targeted number" field - this area is intended only for numbers
"Units" - this section is only for units. (such as %, +, $ and etc.)
