How to add animated arrow icon at the bottom of the row?

Create a new row below the one, where you want to add an arrow icon. Add Icon module into it, configure its settings and input additional classes scrolldown-animation and scroll-bottom-button in Extra Class name field of the module settings. The classes must be separated by gap.
