Menu for onepage homepage and inner pages

In order to create a menu, that would work for onepage home page and inner pages, it is required to create 2 menus:

1. Onepage menu with the IDs to the corresponding sections on the home page.
   
   
   When menu is ready, activate it for your home page in Page settings box on the top right corner of the edit page.
   
2. Regular menu with full links.
   
   Assign your regular menu to the main menu location of your site. It will be displayed on all inner pages except the home page.
