To create a blog page, create a new page in Pages>Add new and select News page template from the Template list in Page Attributes section.
Save the page and you get a ready blog page with all your post in it. Now you can adjust custom style for your page. Scroll down to News page options section and configure the following parameters: blog style, number of columns, number of items to display, excerpt length, pagination type etc.
You can also keep blog settings by default. Default settings can be configured from Theme options>Post options>Blog post options.
There are additional options for page and typography that you can adjust at your own discretion. In Page options section you will find options to adjust the following: color scheme, top panel, header options, stunning header options (page title section), footer options and page layout.
Scroll down to the bottom of page and you will see Typography options, where you can set custom font settings for the current page.
