So far I am very frustrated with the instructions for installing this theme (Second Touch) although I am slowly muddling through it. I started with a completely fresh WordPress site, nothing loaded, with a new host and attempted to follow your instructions EXACTLY as written. After this, I keep getting re-directed to my hosting provider's default 404 page. After a few minutes, the site re-appears as if by magic. It has done this at least ten times in the past 30 minutes.
Additionally, there is message that the LayerSlider is not set up. So there is just a blank at the top of the page. There is no mention of how to correct this problem in the installation instructions.
Also, in these forums, I keep seeing you ask users for their admin name and password so you can log into their sites when they are having trouble. ISN'T THIS A HUGE SECURITY RISK? Would you or your company ever considering giving out your admin passwords??? This seems crazy to me. Do you have a list of your customers' sites with their admin names and passwords? Do you tell people to change them after you're finished doing whatever you need to do to correct their theme installation? I have NEVER seen a support rep ask for admin passwords, and I find it kind of amazing that anyone would do this. Do your customers actually provide this to you without questioning why this should even be necessary?
Please update your documentation.
